+224 625 56 73 58No. The Discovery plan gives you 100 messages, one assistant and ten documents, with no expiry and no payment method. It exists so you can check on your real documents that the answers hold up.
By default the assistant switches to your fallback message rather than continuing to bill: no end-of-month surprise. You can also enable metered overage with a cap you set yourself. Alerts warn you at 80% and again at 100% of the quota.
Card and mobile money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave depending on the country). Plans are priced in US dollars; mobile money payments are collected in CFA francs at the current rate. Annual billing gives you two months out of twelve.
At any time, in either direction. An upgrade takes effect immediately, pro rata for the current period. A downgrade applies at the next renewal, so you are never stripped of a service you have already paid for.
None on monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the next renewal, with no fee and no justification. Only Enterprise contracts, negotiated case by case, carry a term.
