Since 2024 SUTURA TECHNOLOGY has helped companies and public bodies move to digital: consulting, development, design, training. Sutura Chat grew out of something we kept seeing on the ground — the same questions reaching the same teams every day, when the answers already existed in documents nobody was reading.
We built the platform with local constraints as the specification, not as a late adjustment: unreliable connections, payment in CFA francs by mobile money, French as the working language. A tool designed elsewhere and translated afterwards keeps none of those promises.
What we hold ourselves to
- An answer without a source is not an answer. The assistant relies on your documents only, and you can always check where its claims come from.
- A deliberate silence beats a credible invention. The relevance threshold blocks before the model, not after.
- One customer's data never meets another's, and that is enforced in the database, not only in the code.
- We document what is not built yet as precisely as what is.
